(PCE) Don Doko Don

Don Doko Don is a platform game developed by Taito and originally published for arcades in 1989 while in 1990 it was ported to PC Engine.
The gameplay is not so much different from another Taito game, Bubble Bobble, but instead of little dragons there is a garden gnome who lives in the forest and harmed with a hammer has to club enemies; similar to Bubble Bobble also the chance to create bonus fruits by picking a stunned enemy up and toss to others. Once the screen is cleared the garden gnome is sent to the next level and after some stages there is a boss.
Don Doko Don was released only in Japan.
