(SAT) Panzer Dragoon

Set in a post-apocalyptic world filled by floating ships and flying dragons, Panzer Dragoon is an action game with rail shooting gameplay.
SEGA took advantage to 3D environment to make the “rail” gameplay less linear while the field of view can be turned around 360 degrees; two attacks available, a fast fire gun or a lock-on laser weapon which let the player to make chains.
Visually impressive for the time, Panzer Dragoon showed that Saturn could have handled 3D graphics despite the critics moved by some part of the press; the gameplay was praised for slope difficulty and the variety of enemies and the soundtrack also had favorable opinions.
