Today the big electronic chain stores Bic Camera and Yodobashi have added as pre-order Tetris Effect Connected for both PlayStation 4 and Switch with a very original limited edition also available from 19 January 2023
Co-produced by Tetsuya Mizuguchi (Space Channel 5 series, REZ, Lumines), Tetris Effect was originally released as digital form in 2021 and includes 10 different playable modes in single and multiplayer, themes and music across 30 different stages with the classic gameplay tied to the beat of the music.
What really could catch the collector’s attention is the Limited Edition, probably not only for the bonus included but also for the shape of the box, very particular : both PS4 and Switch versions will have a box which reminds one of the tetrominos available in the game, “S” shape for Switch and “L” shape for PlayStation 4.
Besides this very original cardboard box the Limited Edition includes :
– original soundtrack on CD
– a set of 3 different enamel pin badges
– a frame box with 32 different postcard
