Rusted Moss is a side-scrolling action game originally released for PC (Steam) in 2023.
The game heroine, Fern, is armed with a grappling hook and also can use weapons for a full 360 degrees aiming system; the player can find creative solutions to flexible traversal challenges and blast away witches and machiney with precise aiming.
As a twin-stick shooter, Rusted Moss is emphasized for tight and precise gunplay, the player can switch between an arsenal of 30 different weapons.
Rusted Moss will be published in digital form for Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series in June but in Japan Playism will release a physical version for Switch and PlayStation 5 the same day with support for English, Spanish and Portuguese languages.
The game will be released on 20 June and on the same day an update available on Steam will add:
– 2 new areas to explore
– around 7 hours of additional contents
– 300+ new rooms
– Boss Rush Mode
– New Game + with Maya
Note: the Stage Editor is not included in console versions, it’s an exclusive feature for PC version.
