(SWI) Mameda no Bakeru

3D action game developed by Good-Feel and published by Bandai Namco in 2023.
The player controls Bakeru, a tanuki (typical Japanese racoon) disguised as human that uses taiko (typical Japanese drumming) actions to defeat a festival army wreaking havoc throughout in a fantasy world that resembles Japan; the development team formerly worked at Ganbare Goemon series and the game resembles Konami’s title in many aspects.
There are a total of 47 stages, one for each prefecture of Japan, and while some are played in a classic 3D action, there are others based on racing courses and even on-rail shooting, making the game very varied in terms of gameplay.
Mameda no Bakeru is a Japan exclusive release.
