(SFC) Super Bomberman 4

The 4th entry in the Super Famicom series was released by Hudson in 1996.
In this episode there are a wide range of creatures that can be ridden by the player : once defeated they release an egg and if the player picks up the egg, the creature, organic or mechanical, becomes rideable.
In certain stages there are cages with trapped allies that will help the player and also secret warps which leads to bonus stages : to access them it’s necessary to play in multiplayer because to enter the secret warp a player must the tossed into it by another player who is using the Power Glove item.
Super Bomberman 4 was highly appreciated and it’s the first title in the series being released only in Japan.
