The third installment in the Bomberman series on Super Famicom was developed and published by Hudson in 1995.
The gameplay returned to its original roots after the additions made in the second chapter and Bomberman 94 on PC Engine, the graphics is simplified and reminds those on PC Engine while the music is a remixed soundtrack of the previous titles.
Super Bomberman 3 was the first title in the series to allow up to 5 players to compete in Battle Mode and it was not released in North America.
