(SAT) Soukyugurentai

Another ST-V based arcade ported to the Sega Saturn (but also on Playstation).
Known in the west as “Terra Diver“, it’s a vertical shoot’em up set in a near future.
You can choose between three different ships, each one with their own fire pattern and laser web. Laser web is a feature already seen in previous shooting games like Layer Section and Raystorm : holding down the shoot button will release a lock-on laser web which will destroy all the ships locked into it.
Soukyugurentai was released only in Japan.

This is the original release and not the “budget” version (Soukyugurentai Otokuyo) with a slightly different cover and including a demo of Battle Garegga.
