(SAT) Panzer Dragoon 2

The sequel of the rail shooter is technically a prequel and was released on Saturn in 1996.
The gameplay didn’t change so much from the previous title, the player controls a dragon and has to shoot at enemies with a single shot or locking them and then release a multiple shot.
Regarding the new features there are the Berserk Attack which let the dragon to shoot a rain of lasers that automatically attacks all enemies on the screen; now stages have alternative routes and the dragon evolves based on player’s performance.
Panzer Dragoon 2 was critically well received especially for the graphics, animations and the new features, but was also complained for the low difficulty compared to the first title.
