(PS2) SVC Chaos : SNK vs. Capcom

2D fighting game developed by SNK and released for arcades in July 2003 and then ported to PlayStation 2 at the end of the same year.
The SNK version of the “Match of the Millenium” features 36 playable characters, mostly coming from The King of Fighters 96 and Super Street Fighter II Turbo with other characters from Samurai Spirits, Final Fight, Art of Fighting, Darkstalkers, Metal Slug 2, Rockman and Ghosts’n’Goblins.
The gameplay used the typical 4 buttons configuration, there is a 3 levels Groove Power Gauge system and a new technique is introduced : the Front Grand Step, which allows the player to cancel attacks with a forward dash.
This game was not released in North America.
