(PS2) Persona 2 Eternal Punishment

Persona comes as a spin-off of Shin Megami Tensei and after positive critics and strong sales a sequel was inevitable.
Set in a fictional city called Sumaru and focused around a group of high school students fighting a mysterious figure called Joker who is causing the spread of reality-warping through the city.
The students can follow “Personas”, personified aspects of their personalities, to fight Joker; battles are turn based, each character can use different Personas and combining spells between characters will summon a more powerful Personas.
Persona 2 was praised for the story, more involving, darker and stranger than the other games and it was released only in Japan.
