The second chapter in the Tenkaichi series was released in 2006 in Japan and includes 136 forms (100 of them are characters) and 16 stages.
The game is still a 3D fighting game set in a 3D destructible environment where the characters can fly and fight, while the games more have been expanded to 9; unlike the other installment in the series, in Tenkaichi 2 is possible to fly around the Earth and planet Namek, similar to Budokai 3, while some characters has additional bonus material in the story mode.
