(PS2) Dororo

Published in the west as “Blood Will Tell”, the game is an adaption of Osamu Tezuka’s manga and was developed and released by SEGA in 2004.
The player can use both Hyakkimaru and Dororo : the former is a man who was sent to Earth by Heaven Gods in order to fight the demons, but they took his body and split in 48 parts, the latter is a female thief who will help Hyakkimaru after he saves her from a demons attack.
The games starts in black and white and after Hyakkimaru gets his eyes back will turn in colours; the gameplay is similar to another manga adaption, Berserk, with combat sections followed by animated sequences.
