(PS2) DoDonPachi DaiOuJou

The 4th installment in the DonPachi series was released for arcades in 2002 and ported to PS2 a year later.
The gameplay didn’t change so much from previous games, 2 ships available with 3 different way of shooting, button 1 is used to fires standard shots and holding it activates the laser weapon while button 2 is the smart bomb or if laser is activated the laser power gauge is amplified and the ships becomes invincible for a short period.
The PS2 port includes the original Arcade mode, No Bullets mode, Death Label mode (a boss rush) and Simulation where various parameters can be set and it’s used for training.
An extra DVD is included featuring videos from 4 Japanese players who completed the second loop of the game.
It was released only in Japan.
