(PS1) Warriors of Fate

Originally released for arcades in 1992, the game was ported to Playstation (and Saturn) in 1996 with the original Japanese name : Tenchi wo Kurau II.
The game is a 2D side scrolling beat’em up based on the “Romance of the Three Kingdom” novel, the player can choose among 5 characters, known as “Five Tiger Generals” and go through 9 stages. Some weapons can be picked up from defeated enemies besides the classic food to replenish character’s health and every character has a wrestling throw and can also summon a warhorse which adds more attacks.
Tenchi wo Kurau II was released only in Japan.
