(PS1) Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Battle 22

2D fighting game developed by Tose and published by Bandai in 1995.
Based on the Butouden series, includes 22 playable characters and their respective transformations and 5 additional characters that can be unlocked by cheat codes. The game uses a 6 buttons scheme and unlike the previous game the split-screen mechanic has been eliminated while sprites and cutscenes uses cel-drawing, a precursor of the cel-shading technique used from the beginning of 2000.
The game was praise for the conspicuous roster (for the time) but criticized for the lack of innovation.
The pre-battle cutscenes are only available in the Japanese version.
