A collaboration between Bandai (publisher) and SEGA AM2 (developer) for a game which features arcade shooting and realistic aerial combats.
There are two different play mode, TV Animated Series and The Movie.
TV series can be considered as “normal mode”, the story is longer but easier, while the Movie is more difficult but shorter. Differences between the two modes are based on which kind of armament the VF-1 Valkyrie equips, different boss fights and which songs will be played by Lynn Minmay during the final battle.
This game was released only in Japan.
