(GG) Sonic & Tails 2

SEGA main series returned on Game Gear for the 4th time, introducing a new character, and was released in 1994.
Developed by Aspect as the previous title (Sonic Chaos in the West), features both Sonic and Tails and a new character was introduced, Nack the Wease.
Through the stages Sonic and Tails can use items found across the stages and differences in their abilities make different gameplay experience.
Originally planned for Master System too, it was released only on Game Gear making it the first Sonic exclusive game for the platform; it was well received by critics, praising the graphics being one of the best seen on the system and generally complaining only for the lack of innovation regarding gameplay.
It was released in the West as “Sonic the Hedgehog : Triple Trouble”
