(GBC) Donkey Kong Country

Porting of Rare’s platform game originally released on Super Famicom in 1994; the port was handled by Rare themselves and was published in 2001.
Despite the big downgrade related to different hardware, the Gameboy Color port is mostly idential to the original game and includes two minigames and multiplayer support through the Game Link Cable.
The game was critically well received especially considering the difference in hardware between Super Famicom and Gameboy Color and it’s considered one of the games that pushed the 8 bit hardware to the limit.
