The sequel of the blue hedgehog adventures on Gameboy Advance was released by SEGA in 2002.
The game is a classic 2D side scrolling platform starring Sonic in a quest to save his friends and retrieve the seven Chaos Emeralds from Dr. Eggman.
The game starts with Sonic but other 3 can be unlocked by defeating Dr.Eggman in specific boss battles, Cream the Rabbit, Tails and Knuckels, while completing the game with each character will unlock Amy Rose; the game uses the same game engine but the action now is more faster and levels have been hugely expanded.
