Developed and published by Genki, it’s based on illegal highway races set in Tokyo’s highway and it was published in North America as “Tokyo Xtreme Racer” and in Europe as “Tokyo Highway Challenge”.
It’s a mission based racing game in which the player must win races over races to gain money and tune his car up; the great number of cars and custom parts will surely excite every tuning lovers.
