(DC) Guilty Gear X

The second installment in the series was released in 2000 for arcades and running on NAOMI board granted the Dreamcast for a port in just 6 months.
The fight system didn’t change from the first title, 4 buttons (punch, kick, slash and heavy slash), taunt attacks, the tension gauge that allows to perform Overdrive Attacks when half charged and Instant Kill when full charged and a new feature called “Roman Cancel” which allows the player to cancel a move to make another attack.
Guilty Gear X was received very well and praised for the high definition 2D graphics, the sprites animations and visual effects.
It was released only in Japan.
