Inti Creates has announced a new game today, a spin-off from their popular series “Azure Strike Gunvolt”.
Gunvolt Records Cychronicle, this is the name of the new title, is a rhythm game starring Lumen, Lola and Luxia. The player has to time button presses to a barrage of notes along 2 different lanes while the dual analog controls sync with the characters dancing in a 3D background.
The game is planned to be released in digital form for all the platforms on the market (Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Xbox Series) and downloadable packs will follow to expand the list of tracks, but in Japan a physical release has been also announced.
Alongside the normal release a Limited Edition will also be available, including an Instrumental Album (3 CDs with 35 tracks in total), a Drama CD (1 CD) and an acrylic stand.
Gunvolt Records Cychronicle will be released in physical form for Switch and PlayStation 5 on 15 February 2024 and will be playable at the incoming Tokyo Game Show 2023.
