Beyond the Ice Palace II is the sequel of the side scrolling action platformer released in 1988 on Commodore 64 by Elite Systems.
The player controls the “Cursed King” who want to claim back his throne. Armed with a whip, he embarks on a perilous quest of vengeance to retrieve the shattered remnants of celestial arrows to break his curse and wreak havoc on your enemies. The power crystals can be acquired by findint secrets, hidden chests or even purchased and enhance the Cursed King’s abilites.
The game is going to be released on 13 March 2025 for Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC while a physical release is only planned for Switch and PlayStation 5, in Japan published by Amuzio.
