Action adventure game developed and published by Tecmo in 1987.
Despite sharing the same name, the Famicom game is different from the arcade in terms of gameplay.
The player has to restore peace in the real of Argos by visiting 5 different stages and find essential items in order to defeat the evil King Ligar.
The original arcade games is a side scrolling action game while this version is more action adventure oriented with new areas that can be reached after getting particular items, a gameplay similar to Metroid which was released the previous year.
